Pakistan Airports Authority seeks services of Traffic Marshals at Karachi Airport

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) has invited electronic bids for the provision of traffic marshalling services at Jinnah International Airport Karachi (JIAP) under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules.

According to an official tender notice, PAA is seeking a contractor for the deployment of 16 traffic marshallers at Jinnah International Airport for a period of two years. The procurement process will be conducted through a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rule 36(b).

The project carries a fixed bid security requirement of Rs450,000. Interested bidders are required to submit their bids electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0.

The bid submission deadline has been set for July 7, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., while bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the Main Conference Room, Level-06, Jinnah International Airport Karachi.

PAA stated that detailed bidding documents, including specifications, terms and conditions, are available on the EPADS platform. Vendors not yet registered on the updated EPADS system have been advised to complete registration before participating in the tender process.

The authority emphasized that manual submission of bids will not be accepted. A copy of the bid security must be uploaded to the EPADS portal, while the original document must be submitted before the closing time of the technical tender.

PAA also reiterated its right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable procurement regulations. The authority warned that submission of forged or dishonored financial instruments at any stage of the process could result in blacklisting and legal action against the bidder.

The tender is being managed by the Chief Operating Officer/Airport Manager, Jinnah International Airport Karachi.
