Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority seeks senior security professionals  

Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority has announced various senior-level positions for security related roles.

The titles, grades and required qualification of the positions are as follows:

Qualifications and related criteria:

1.  Senior Joint Director Security (EG-06)       

·         Minimum Bachelors degree from HEC recognized University

·         Professional degrees / courses from a recognized setup (military/civil/police) relating to basic intelligence/ security/ police course

·         Preference shall be given to applicants with strong intelligence background and additional courses relating to policing/ security/ intelligence

·         Minimum 10 years’ experience in security / intelligence setup

·         Security/intelligence experience of field as well as desk

·         Ex-servicemen (Lt. Col. & Col. or equivalent and government officers retired within a period of 03 years (excluding LPR) from the date of publication of this job advertisement

·         Preference would be given to applicants with experience in development and implementation of security/policing/intelligence procedures, regulations or SOPs

·         Experience in aviation security would be preferred

·      Evidence of honourable discharge from the respective service shall be required in case applicant is retired military officer

 

2.  Joint Director Security (EG-05)   

·         Minimum Bachelors degree from HEC recognized University

·         Professional degrees / courses from a recognized setup (military/civil/police) relating to basic intelligence/ security/ police course

·         Preference shall be given to applicants with strong intelligence background and additional courses relating to policing/ security/ intelligence

·         Minimum 07 years’ experience in security / intelligence setup

·         Security/intelligence experience of field as well as desk

·         Ex-servicemen (Lt. Col. & Col. or equivalent and government officers retired within a period of 03 years (excluding LPR) from the date of publication of this job advertisement

·         Preference would be given to applicants with experience in development and implementation of security/policing/intelligence procedures, regulations or SOPs

·         Experience in aviation security would be preferred

·      Evidence of honourable discharge from the respective service shall be required in case applicant is retired military officer

 

 

3.  Sr. Deputy Director Security (EG-04)

·         Graduate (preferably Engineering/Computers/Accounts/Audits)

·         Aviation /security related courses  

·         Any other professional degrees or training/courses related to aviation security will be added qualification  

·         Minimum 05 years’ experience of handling security related issues in aviation would be preferred Intelligence & security related courses from Military (army/ navy/ airforce) or any other recognized & reputable organization (police/IB) would be preferred

·         Preferred experience in conducting security audits/inspections

·         Experience of developing the strategies and aviation security SOPs for upkeep of the security Experience in establishment and implementation of quality control Program for security related issues

·         Preference would be given to candidates with experience of conducting audits & assessments  Good understanding of cargo, catering and Flight operations security requirements
