The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) has invited Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified consulting firms and consultants for the proposed expansion of the Jinnah Terminal Complex (JTC) and allied airside and landside facilities at Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi.

According to the EOI issued by the PAA’s Planning & Development Directorate, the authority intends to shortlist qualified consultants for the project before inviting them to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP) process.

The consultancy procurement is aimed at engaging experienced professionals to provide services related to the planned expansion of the terminal complex and associated airport infrastructure.

The EOI will enable interested consulting firms and individual consultants to assess the project and determine their suitability and interest in participating in the procurement process.

The PAA said that only shortlisted applicants will be invited to participate in the subsequent RFP process, following completion of the shortlisting exercise. The authority expects to issue the RFP to the shortlisted applicants for further evaluation and selection.

The proposed project is part of efforts to expand and improve infrastructure at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi, including facilities on both the airside and landside of the airport.
