KhushAamdeed debuts in Pakistan with premium airport meet & assist service
Pakistan’s
airport experience is set for a premium makeover as WALEE
and Saudi Arabian group Al Nazawy have launched KhushAamdeed, the country’s first
dedicated premium airport Meet & Assist service.
The
service was unveiled at a ceremony at Islamabad International Airport on August
25, attended by the Secretary Defence as chief guest, along with senior
representatives of the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA), Airports Security
Force (ASF), Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF),
airlines, ground-handling companies and members of the aviation and business
community.
Following
recitation from the Holy Quran and the national anthem, guests were briefed on
the new service before the formal unveiling. The event also featured addresses
by the Chairman and Secretary Defence, an official photograph and a guided
demonstration showcasing how KhushAamdeed will assist passengers.

A
smoother welcome to Pakistan
Designed
for international visitors, overseas Pakistanis, diplomats and business
travellers, KhushAamdeed aims to turn the airport journey into a more seamless
and welcoming experience.
The
service provides trained personnel to assist passengers throughout their
journey at Islamabad International Airport. Depending on the selected package,
services may include baggage assistance, buggy transfers, facilitation through
approved airport lanes, airline coordination, wheelchair arrangements, lounge
access and handover for onward travel.
Importantly,
the service operates within existing airport procedures. Security, immigration,
customs and airline requirements remain fully applicable, with KhushAamdeed
designed to work alongside—not replace—those systems.
The
venture brings together WALEE Technologies’ local capabilities and Al Nazawy’s
experience in hospitality, air travel and tourism.
Licensed
by the Pakistan Airports Authority, KhushAamdeed has begun operations in
Islamabad and plans to expand gradually to other airports across Pakistan.

experience of Pakistan’
Air
Marshal (Retd.) Arshad Malik, CEO of KhushAamdeed, said the initiative was
designed around the idea that an airport can shape a visitor’s first impression
of the country.
“For
many visitors, the airport is their first experience of Pakistan. We want that
experience to show warmth, order and professional care,” Malik said.
The
Secretary Defence emphasised that passenger convenience and airport security
can go hand in hand.

and good passenger service are not contradictory objectives. With proper
coordination, SOPs and trained personnel, we can achieve both,” he said.
