The initiative marks a significant development in the country's aviation sector by introducing an internationally recognized airport hospitality model aimed at enhancing passenger convenience and service standards.

The Khushaamdeed service will provide travelers with dedicated airport hosts, expedited airport facilitation, baggage assistance, personalized guidance, and concierge support from arrival through departure. Officials said premium airport concierge services are widely available at major airports across the Gulf, Europe, and Asia. The introduction of Khushaamdeed marks the first time Pakistan has established a structured airport hospitality service under a dedicated brand.

The initiative is also being described as a landmark public-private partnership aimed at improving passenger facilitation, raising service standards, and strengthening Pakistan's image as a modern aviation destination.

Speaking at the launch, Air Marshal (Retd.) Arshad Malik, Chief Executive Officer of Khushaamdeed, said the service would introduce a new level of passenger care and airport facilitation in Pakistan. He said the objective is to make travel through Pakistani airports more efficient, comfortable, and welcoming while meeting international standards of service excellence.

The service is expected to benefit a wide range of travelers, including diplomats, overseas Pakistanis, business travelers, senior citizens, families, foreign delegations, and international visitors seeking a premium airport experience.

Officials said the initiative supports broader efforts to modernize Pakistan's aviation infrastructure, improve passenger services, and strengthen the country's position as a regional travel and transit hub.
