Quetta Airport takes steps to enhance domestic air travel
Quetta International Airport has taken a
significant step in enhancing domestic air travel, with the launch of new
flight operations and upgraded passenger facilities, the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) announced.
Fly Jinnah has officially inaugurated its Quetta–Lahore route, introducing three weekly flights to its schedule. The first flight departed from Quetta with 174 passengers on board, marking the formal commencement of the new service.

Authorities said the expanded connectivity will
offer travelers greater convenience on one of the busiest domestic routes.
Plans are also underway to further upgrade airport facilities to meet the
growing demands of passengers and flight operations.
Officials emphasized that the development is expected to strengthen domestic travel links, while boosting trade, business, and social mobility between major cities across Pakistan.
