On Tuesday, a catering van caught fire at Karachi's Jinnah International Airport while delivering food for passengers of flight PK-304. However, prompt action by airport staff prevented any potential damage.
According to a spokesperson from Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), vigilant airport personnel quickly moved the van away from the aircraft upon detecting the fire. Consequently, there were no injuries, and both the aircraft and its passengers remained unharmed.
