Airblue is set to establish Pakistan’s largest Flight Crew
Training Center in Islamabad, featuring state-of-the-art Full Flight Simulators
(FFS) and Cabin Crew Trainer Devices. This initiative represents a significant
investment in both personnel and technology, aimed at supporting the airline’s
growth.
As Pakistan’s largest private airline, Airblue, headquartered in Islamabad, operates one of the world’s most advanced fleets of A320 Family
aircraft, including the latest NEO models equipped with next-generation engines
and cutting-edge systems.

The new training facility will enable Airblue to recruit and train
over 200 pilots and 500 cabin crew members. Annually, it has the capacity to
train more than 500 pilots and 800 cabin crew members. This project not only
enhances the airline’s operational capabilities but also creates over 200 new
jobs to support the training center.
Spanning more than 60,000 square feet, the custom-built Flight
Training Center will feature fully equipped classrooms and briefing rooms, as
well as trainers for Full Flight Simulators, Cabin Emergency Evacuation
Trainers (CEET), Door and Service Trainers, among others. With these advanced
facilities, Airblue’s training programs will adhere to the highest industry
standards.
