PAA to procure ICAO-compliant Air Traffic Management systems

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) has announced an international invitation to bid for the procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of ICAO-compliant Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems. The project includes Voice Communication and Control Systems at the ACC(S) for JIAP Karachi and AllAP Lahore on an F.O.B. basis.

The fixed bid security for this project is set at USD 671,500. Interested bidders are required to submit their proposals electronically via the PPRA EPADS web portal by July 21, 2026, at 1100 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours at the Logistics Center (South), Log. ANS Branch.

Bidding documents are available on the PPRA E-PAD system at http://eprocure.gov.pk. Prospective bidders must provide proof of active taxpayer status, ATL for sales tax, and GST/NTN certificates as part of their submission. Original bid security, in the form of a pay order or bank guarantee, must also be delivered by the bid submission deadline.

The contract will remain in effect until the satisfactory completion of the work and warranty period. PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids based on cogent reasons, which will be communicated to bidders as necessary.
