Pakistan and Bahrain discuss enhanced ties between their air forces

Nuaimi, Chief of Staff of the Bahrain Defence Force, met Air Chief Marshal
Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, Chief of the Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force (PAF), at
Air Headquarters Islamabad on Monday to discuss expanding defence
collaboration.
The meeting focused on enhancing
military-to-military cooperation, with both sides reaffirming their commitment
to joint training, knowledge-sharing, and collective growth.
Upon arrival, the Bahraini Chief of Staff was presented with a Guard of Honour by a contingent of the PAF. Air Chief Marshal Sidhu welcomed the delegation, highlighting the deep-rooted historic and religious ties between Pakistan and Bahrain and stressing the importance of further strengthening defence relations.

The Air Chief underlined Pakistan’s resolve to expand bilateral cooperation, particularly in training and technological domains, while appreciating Bahrain’s continued partnership in promoting regional peace and stability.
General Al Nuaimi praised the professionalism
of PAF personnel and acknowledged the force’s progress in indigenization and
advanced technologies. He expressed interest in initiating training programs
for Bahraini pilots and engineers, while also seeking greater insight into
PAF’s multi-domain operational expertise.
The Bahraini delegation later visited the National Aerospace Science & Technology Park, National ISR & Integrated Air Operations Centre, and PAF Cyber Command, where they were briefed on the PAF’s cutting-edge capabilities.
