Emirates has been ranked the Most Recommended Global Brand for 2025 by YouGov, earning an impressive 88.4% recommendation score — the highest among all brands worldwide. The Dubai-based airline is the only aviation company to appear in the global top 10 list.

The rankings, based on YouGov BrandIndex data, reflect responses from over a million consumers across 28 markets between June 2024 and May 2025. The scores indicate the percentage of customers likely to recommend a brand to others, adjusted for brand size in each market.

Emirates President Sir Tim Clark welcomed the recognition, saying, “This honour highlights the trust and loyalty of our passengers, and we remain committed to delivering exceptional service, innovation, and care across every journey.”

The airline also became the world’s first Autism Certified Airline™, underlining its efforts to make travel more inclusive.

By the end of 2025, Emirates aims to serve over 70 cities with aircraft featuring the latest cabin designs and offer over 2 million Premium Economy seats, enhancing comfort for a broader segment of travelers.

This is not the first time Emirates has topped YouGov rankings. In 2024, it was the most recommended brand in the UAE and earned top satisfaction scores among US flyers, particularly Millennials and Gen Z.

YouGov, a global data and analytics firm, compiles its annual brand rankings through real-time consumer feedback collected via its BrandIndex platform.
