Aviate Pro and Airman’s Ground become partners to launch aviation services in Pakistan
Emerging pilot training organization Aviate Pro ME
and Airman’s Ground,
a digital aviation academy with established partnerships across the Middle
East, Europe, and South Asia, have announced a strategic collaboration aimed at
revitalizing and modernizing Pakistan’s aviation ecosystem through targeted,
multi-sector investments.
Under the agreement, both organizations will
integrate their complementary strengths — including fleet management, simulator
training, regulatory compliance, aviation workforce development, and
operational advisory services — to create a comprehensive aviation platform.
The initiative will serve airlines, training institutes, aviation schools, and
individual pilots across Pakistan, the Middle East, Europe, and the broader South
Asian region.
The partnership combines Aviate Pro ME’s global
operational footprint — overseeing more than 500 aircraft with a reported 99.9%
compliance rate — with Airman’s Ground’s pioneering digital aviation training
capabilities. Together, the companies will focus on six strategic investment
pillars designed to build an internationally competitive aviation framework in
Pakistan.

Academy trains Pakistani pilots in UAE
“This partnership marks a defining milestone
for Pakistani aviation,” said Saad Masood,
CEO of Aviate Pro ME LLC. “By combining our global fleet management expertise
and EASA-certified training infrastructure with Airman’s Ground’s innovative
digital aviation academy — the first of its kind in the Middle East — we are
establishing a unified platform that will elevate Pakistan’s aviation standards
to world-class levels. This initiative is not merely commercial; it is a
long-term commitment to shaping the future of flight in Pakistan.”
A key component of the collaboration is the
expansion of Aviate Pakistan, a subsidiary of Aviate Pro ME, which operates
Pakistan’s first EASA-certified Airbus A320 Full Flight Simulator training
facility in Islamabad. The greenfield center features a state-of-the-art Avion
A320 Level D Full Flight Simulator equipped with six-axis motion and a
220-degree visual system, along with an advanced Flat Panel Trainer — enabling
FAA- and EASA-certified training that was previously accessible only overseas.
Airman’s Ground contributes its distinction as
the Middle East’s first fully digital aviation academy, supported by strong
institutional partnerships across Europe and the Gulf. Its services — ranging
from advanced digital training platforms and pilot development programs to crew
resource management and aviation management certifications — complement Aviate
Pro ME’s operational expertise to create an end-to-end aviation services
solution.
With established relationships with Pakistan’s
Civil Aviation Authority and airline operators, alongside connections to Gulf
carriers, European training institutes, and international regulators, Airman’s
Ground aims to serve as a strategic bridge linking Pakistani aviation talent to
rapidly expanding markets in the Middle East and Europe.
