PIA to operate 171 flights for Hajj pilgrims

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) announced on Friday that it will facilitate the return of over 35,000 Hajj pilgrims from Saudi Arabia through 171 flights. This announcement follows the transportation of 325 pilgrims to Lahore earlier today, marking the start of the post-Hajj flight operations.

The post-Hajj operations commenced on Thursday, successfully bringing back 1,200 pilgrims via seven flights to four different cities in Pakistan.

Authorities have confirmed the continuation of these special flights until July 21, aiming to repatriate a total of 70,000 pilgrims under the government Hajj scheme.
