International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) team to audit Pakistani airports
On February 18, a four-member security audit team from the
International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) is set to arrive in Karachi.
This was confirmed in a statement of the spokesperson for the
Airports Security Force (ASF).

Aviation security in Pakistan is under the jurisdiction of the
ASF, which has effectively safeguarded the property and lives of passengers at
airports for the past five decades.
In preparation for the ICAO audit, ASF Headquarters has organized
teams tasked with conducting pre-audits of aviation security at airports
nationwide.
Canada
to conduct security audit of Pakistani airports
Commencing on January 15, these teams have initiated pre-audits at
Jinnah International Airport. The objective of this initiative is to assess
whether the security standards at airports align with international norms.
