Prof. Dr. Javed Iqbal, Chairman of the Institute of Space Science, noted that the program had received Academic Council approval in the previous year, but formal enrollment was delayed due to pending administrative procedures.

Admissions will be equally divided between morning and evening shifts, and candidates will be selected based on their entrance test performance. The program is open to students with a pre-engineering background.

Dr. Iqbal also outlined the course structure, emphasizing its interdisciplinary approach. The curriculum combines core aerospace and aviation engineering subjects with management and leadership training, aiming to produce graduates equipped with both technical skills and strategic acumen to meet the evolving needs of the global aviation industry.
