Currently, Pakistani travelers are required to apply for a visa through the Uzbek Embassy in Islamabad, a process that many find cumbersome. The introduction of the visa-on-arrival facility will significantly ease travel for Pakistani citizens, offering greater convenience.

The new initiatives are part of Uzbekistan’s broader efforts to enhance tourism and bilateral ties, and they promise to provide Pakistani tourists with more hassle-free options to visit the Central Asian nation.
