PAF sends plane to Iran to bring back bodies of slain Pakistanis
The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has
repatriated the bodies of eight Pakistani nationals who were brutally murdered
in Iran’s Sistan-Baluchistan province last week. A PAF C-130 aircraft
transported the victims' remains to their hometown of Bahawalpur on Thursday,
following a directive from the Pakistani government.
According to the Inter-Services
Public Relations (ISPR), the bodies were flown from Zahedan, Iran, after the
completion of all legal formalities. The remains were received by the Pakistani
Consul General in Zahedan and transported to Pakistan in the early hours of the
morning.
