QR code-based complaint system introduced at Islamabad Airport
The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) has launched a new QR code-based complaint system at Islamabad International Airport (IIAP) to enhance customer service and communication. The system, introduced at the PAA Headquarters in Karachi, aims to streamline the process for passengers to share feedback, complaints, or suggestions.
QR codes are strategically placed
throughout the airport, enabling travelers to easily scan and access a
user-friendly interface for submitting their concerns. This initiative is part
of the PAA’s ongoing efforts to improve passenger experiences and strengthen
customer support.

Alongside the QR code system,
passengers can also submit complaints through the airport’s online portal,
email their feedback to feedback.iiap@caapakistan.com.pk, or register issues
manually at PAA counters.
A spokesperson for the PAA
emphasized that the system is designed to offer quicker resolutions and
contribute to smoother operations at the airport. “This modern approach is a
reflection of our commitment to customer service and efficient
