Ambassador terms Pakistan's space program peaceful
The ambassador of Pakistan to Austria, Aftab Khokher, emphasized
on Monday that Pakistan's space programme is strategically oriented towards
achieving social and economic progress. His remarks were made during
discussions on the latest scientific and technical dimensions of space
activities at the 61st session of the Scientific and Technical Subcommittee
(STSC) in Vienna.
Ambassador Khokher reiterated the principle that space is a shared
heritage of humanity. He highlighted the importance of utilizing space for
peaceful purposes and ensuring its accessibility to all nations, irrespective
of their scientific, technical, or economic advancements.

sanctioned a national space policy. This policy aims to establish a framework
