Despite the scheduled three-hour duration for each sector, the inaugural Mashhad–Karachi flight was completed in approximately two hours and 24 minutes. The aircraft, operating as KIS6034, departed Mashhad at 6:14 a.m. with 140 passengers on board and landed at Karachi at 10:08 a.m.

The launch of the weekly service provides travelers with a direct connection between Mashhad, a major religious and commercial center in northeastern Iran, and Karachi, Pakistan’s largest city and a key regional aviation hub.
