Who can apply?

Fly Jinnah is seeking Airbus A320 pilots for both captain and first officer roles. Eligibility criteria are as follows:

 

For Captains (Pakistani Nationals): 

  • Minimum 5,000 total flying hours
  • At least 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on multi-pilot turbojets
  • Minimum 200 hours on Airbus A320
  • Valid ATPL or CPL
  • Current Class 1 medical certificate
  • Instrument Rating and English Language Proficiency (Level 4 or higher)
  • TRI/TRE credentials or previous low-cost carrier experience preferred

For First Officers:

  • At least 500 total flying hours (preferably on A320)
  • Airbus A320 type rating required
  • Operational knowledge of flight deck procedures essential

Salary & Benefits

Fly Jinnah offers one of the most competitive salary structures in Pakistan's aviation market:

 

Pakistani Captains:

Fixed salary: PKR 1.59 million to PKR 2.03 million/month (based on experience)

Flying pay: PKR 8,000–22,000/hour

Additional benefits: Housing, transport, medical, duty hour pay, seniority allowances, free meals onboard, off-day compensation, and end-of-service gratuity

First Officers (Pakistani Nationals):

Training period salary: AED 12,853/month (USD 3,500)

Post-line check salary: AED 20,199/month (USD 5,500)

Flying pay: AED 275/hour for hours above 60

Per diem: AED 184/day (approx. USD 1,500/month)

Extras: Hotel stay, laundry, transport, 30 days annual leave, and MYID travel benefits after six months

 

Foreign Captains:

Training period salary: AED 20,199/month (USD 5,500)

Post-line check salary: AED 27,544/month (USD 7,500)

Flying pay: AED 404/hour beyond 60 block hours

Other perks: Accommodation, transport, uniforms, and standby travel across the Air Arabia network
