PIA to stop Lahore-Paris flight operation due to plane shortages
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced a
suspension of its Lahore-to-Paris flight operations, as part of adjustments to
its international schedule. The decision comes amid ongoing operational
challenges faced by the national flag carrier.
According to aviation sources, the final Paris-to-Lahore
flight will operate on September 12, while the last Lahore-to-Paris flight is
scheduled for September 17.

to launch weekly Lahore–Paris flight from June 18
PIA emphasized that its Islamabad-to-Paris route will remain fully operational, ensuring continued connectivity between the two capitals for international travelers.
The Lahore-Paris route, which was introduced on June 18 with
twice-weekly flights, has been impacted by the grounding of seven out of PIA’s
12 Boeing 777 aircraft, significantly affecting the airline's long-haul
capabilities.
With the suspension in place, passengers flying to Paris
will now need to reroute via Islamabad, where PIA's Paris-bound operations will
continue without interruption.
