Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) to build energy efficient headquarters 

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) is set to build a state-of-the-art, energy-efficient headquarters in Blue Area, featuring a Ground + 25-story tower that will enhance the city's modern skyline, according to a spokesperson from the PAA.

During a Design Vetting Committee (DVC) meeting at the CDA Secretariat, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) approved the architectural design proposed by Nespak. The meeting, chaired by Dr. Mohammad Khalid Hafiz, CDA’s Member of Planning and Design, was attended by senior PAA officials, including the Director of Planning and Development, the Additional Director of ADP (M&E), and the Deputy Director of Architecture.

The high-rise, which will cover 1,240,990 square feet, will include six basement levels dedicated to parking, with a central atrium extending from the ground floor to the rooftop.

The building’s curved architectural design, double-glazed curtain walls, and green courtyards emphasize sustainability and innovation, setting a new benchmark for corporate infrastructure, the spokesperson added.
