To achieve its tourism goals, Saudia is expanding its fleet with 105 new aircraft and launching an AI-powered Travel Companion platform. This new tool, currently in beta, is designed to streamline the travel process by helping users book accommodations, transportation, and activities with verified service providers.

Additionally, Saudia is enhancing its AlFursan loyalty program with new features that improve reward management, mileage tracking, and membership upgrades. These efforts are part of the airline’s broader digital transformation strategy to improve the customer experience.
