Air Chiefs of Pakistani and Morocco discuss enhancing ties
Major General Mohammed Gadih,
Inspector of the Royal Moroccan Air Force, met with Air Chief Marshal Zaheer
Ahmed Baber Sidhu, Chief of the Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force (PAF), during his
visit to Air Headquarters, Islamabad.
The meeting addressed a broad range
of topics, including military cooperation, joint training programs, and
collaboration in the aerospace industrial domain.
Ceremonial Welcome
Upon his arrival, Major General Gadih was honored with a Guard of Honour by a
smartly turned-out contingent of the PAF.

Strengthening Bilateral Ties
During their discussions, Air Chief Marshal Sidhu extended warm wishes to Major
General Gadih on his maiden visit to Pakistan and emphasized the historical
ties between the two nations. He reaffirmed PAF’s commitment to enhancing
military partnerships through collaborative initiatives, including training in
the entire spectrum of air power application, from basic to tactical levels,
for Moroccan Air Force personnel.
Both leaders expressed a mutual
desire to strengthen the existing relationship, focusing on joint military
exercises, advanced training programs, and industrial cooperation.
Exploring Technological
Collaboration
Major General Gadih praised PAF’s technological advancements and expressed
interest in leveraging Pakistan’s aerospace expertise to enhance Morocco’s
operational capabilities. He commended the cutting-edge systems and
infrastructure showcased during his visit to the National Aerospace Science
& Technology Park.
The Moroccan Air Chief also explored
avenues for collaboration in aerospace and industrial innovation, noting his
admiration for the PAF’s technological ecosystem.

As part of his visit, Major General Gadih toured key installations at Air
Headquarters, including the National ISR & Integrated Air Operations Centre

commitment of Pakistan and Morocco to bolster their military partnership and
explore new dimensions of cooperation in defense and technology.
