A320 aircraft inducted into PIA's fleet
In a ceremony held at Islamabad International Airport, the
national flag carrier, PIA, officially added one A320 aircraft to its fleet.
The event was attended by Advisor to the Prime Minister on
Aviation Air Marshal (R) Farhat Hussain Khan, Federal Secretary Aviation
Captain (R) Saif Anjum, CEO of PIA Air Vice Marshal Amir Hayat, DG Pakistan
Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) Khaqan Murtaza, and other senior officers.

This particular aircraft had been among the two planes caught up
in a payment dispute in Malaysia.
Addressing the ceremony, the advisor expressed relief at the
successful resolution of the issue, attributing it to the tireless efforts of
the PIA team.
He emphasized that the induction of the A320 aircraft would
contribute to boosting the revenue of the national flag carrier. Additionally,
he announced that the second aircraft would also be integrated into the PIA
fleet in approximately the next two weeks.
