PIA adds 11 new routes in
cooperation with Malaysian Airlines
The Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has
added 11 new routes after a code-share arrangement with
Malaysian Airlines.
The
commercial arrangement named Special Prorate Agreement (SPA) with the Malaysia
Airlines will allow PIA to take passengers to Australia, New Zealand,
Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, and Vietnam.
PIA
spokesman, Abdullah H. Khan said Pakistan and Malaysia have long-standing
relations and the commercial agreement between the two airlines will further
increase people-to-people contacts.
Reduced
fares are being offered to these destinations to lure customers.
The
expansion also caters to the need of Pakistani expatriates in far off places
who had been calling on the airline to broaden its network.
Following
are the 11 new destinations:
1.
Sydney

Perth
3.

4.
