Pakistan
International Airlines (PIA) on Tuesday announced the launch of an
air-to-rail partnership with service providers in Canada and the United Kingdom
to simplify onward travel for passengers flying to Toronto and major UK cities.
According to a PIA spokesperson, the initiative
is designed to enhance passenger convenience by enabling travelers to continue
their journeys by train on a single ticket after arriving at their
international destination.
