PIA offers a new travel option to passengers heading to Muscat
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced the start of regular flight operations to Muscat, offering a new travel option for passengers flying to the Gulf region.
According to a PIA spokesperson, flights from Lahore and Islamabad to Muscat will commence at the end of October. The inaugural flight from Lahore is scheduled for October 29, followed by a flight from Islamabad on October 30. Both routes will be served by Airbus A320 aircraft.

The spokesperson highlighted that the new routes are expected to boost the airline’s revenue and provide improved travel options for passengers, particularly overseas Pakistanis.
Despite recent financial and administrative hurdles, PIA is actively working to expand its international network and enhance service quality. The addition of Muscat flights is part of the airline’s broader revival and growth strategy.
