First office of
Menzies Aviation in Pakistan inaugurated
Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz
Sharif expressed his enthusiasm on Thursday regarding the arrival of the
international logistics company Menzies Aviation in Pakistan. He highlighted
that the company’s entry would not only introduce new technology but also
attract international investment and create employment opportunities for the
youth.
The Prime Minister made these
remarks during a meeting with a 6-member delegation led by Philip Joeinig,
Chief Executive Officer of Menzies Aviation. The meeting took place at the
Prime Minister’s Office, where PM Shehbaz Sharif inaugurated the first office
of Menzies Aviation in Pakistan by unveiling a plaque.

PM Shehbaz Sharif also welcomed the
establishment of IT infrastructure and a facilitation desk by the company in
Pakistan. He emphasized, “The launch of services by a globally renowned company
like Menzies Aviation in Pakistan showcases the vast business potential for
international investors in our stable economy.”
The Prime Minister added that
Menzies Aviation’s presence in Pakistan marks a significant milestone for the
country’s economy, particularly in the IT sector. He stressed the importance of
IT sector development for overall economic growth, pointing out that Pakistan’s
increasing IT exports are a result of recent investor-friendly policies.
“These exports are steadily rising,
and with Menzies Aviation’s arrival, more international companies will be
encouraged to invest in Pakistan,” PM Shehbaz Sharif said.

He noted that the positive economic
indicators reflect the effectiveness of the government’s recent economic policies
in creating a conducive business environment. The Prime Minister emphasized
that the government is fully dedicated to fostering economic development,
particularly after achieving stability.

and Shaza Fatima Khawaja also attended the meeting.
