Pakistan’s UAE ambassador and CEO Air Arabia explore cooperation in aviation
Ambassador of Pakistan in the UAE, Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, held
a meeting with Air Arabia's CEO, Adel Abdullah Ali, in Sharjah. During this
meeting, they discussed the investment potential in Pakistan's aviation sector.
Ambassador Tirmizi pointed out the increasing demand for
both domestic and international travel among Pakistan's population, both within
the country and overseas. He noted that international tourists with interests
in adventure tourism, mountaineering, history, and culture exploration are
increasingly choosing Pakistan as their preferred destination. This, in turn,
creates investment opportunities for fleet expansion and modernization.

Additionally, the ambassador suggested that investments in
aviation technology startups, particularly those focused on digital solutions,
data analytics, and automation, could yield significant returns and enhance the
operational efficiency of Pakistan's aviation sector.
Regarding the UAE's aviation sector, Ambassador Tirmizi
highlighted the country's rapid transformation into a global aviation hub. The
UAE has been at the forefront of aviation innovation, with initiatives like the
Dubai Airshow showcasing the latest aerospace technologies.

recognition for its futuristic approach, featuring smart gates and
self-check-in counters.

and Air Arabia.
