Pakistan Airports Authority looking to overcome staff shortage through new recruitment 

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) has launched a large-scale recruitment drive for 2026, offering more than 200 government job opportunities across multiple departments. The vacancies are open to candidates from all regions of Pakistan, including Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan.

This hiring initiative is part of PAA’s broader plan to enhance aviation operations and improve airport services nationwide.

Positions available include:

  • Assistant Grade-II (Air Traffic Control)
  • Assistant Grade-II (Communication Operations)
  • Assistant Grade-II (Airport Services / APS)
  • Assistant Grade-II (Accounts)
  • Assistant Grade-II (Human Resources)
  • Assistant Grade-II (Logistics)
  • Specialist Vehicle Driver (SVD)
  • Marshaller
  • Bird Controller / Shooter

In total, the vacancies span over 200 positions across grades SG-01 to SG-05.

Eligibility criteria:
Applicants from diverse educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply, depending on the role:

  • Matriculation (10th pass): Required for roles such as Bird Controller/Shooter (SG-01)
  • Intermediate (F.Sc/ICS): Needed for Airport Services, Marshaller, Communication Operations, and Air Traffic Control Assistant roles
  • B.Com / Graduation: Required for Accounts and other senior assistant positions

Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are eligible, provided they meet the specified criteria.
