“To ensure flight safety, clean-up activities have been fast-tracked in zones falling under Lahore Cantonment, Walton Cantonment, and the Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC),” the official said.

In Alfaisal Town, authorities have dismantled pigeon nesting sites, enhanced monitoring of poultry shops, and completed de-nesting at the Garrison Club. A strict ban has also been enforced on bird feeding near slaughterhouses, poultry farms, shrines, and rooftops.
