Sindh government takes steps to improve airport security
In response to the recent suicide attack near Jinnah International Airport, the Sindh government has announced the formation of a dedicated security committee to ensure the safety of the airport, according to a statement from the provincial Home Ministry on Tuesday.
The decision follows an attack, claimed by the outlawed Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA),
which resulted in the deaths of two
Chinese citizens and left ten others injured.
In light of the incident, Chinese
Ambassador Jiang Zaidong has expressed Beijing's concerns over
the safety of its citizens and investments, urging additional protective
measures to address the growing security threats.
